Registration Process

To register with Skype therapies you must be a counsellor, psychotherapist, psychoanalyst or psychologist. You must to be accredited and or registered with the appropriate, current and verifiable bodies such as BABCP/BACP/COSRT/UKCP. Psychologists must be HCPC Registered for Protected Titles. You must have professional insurance, independent clinical supervision, which adhere to your professional guidelines, (Skype Therapies will not contact your supervisor).

You must be able to promptly contact self-referrals, work with clinical independence and be self-employed. 

How referrals are processed: self-referrals enter their details on the therapist’s web profiles contact forms then we email the details to therapists. It’s important that you regularly check your email to avoid losing the referral. 

We charge therapists 50% of the fees set and displayed on their web profiles for only the 1st attended Skype session.  Therapists log-in to self-invoice and securely pay via PayPal or by bank transfer.
