I have been working as a therapist for over 20 years. My training and experience includes working for the NHS and other organisations. I also run a successful private practice. I have a background in the arts and in social anthropology, and trained as a counsellor and psychotherapist at the University of London and at Regents School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology. I have received training in Psychodynamic and Integrative Psychotherapy and have also worked as a CBT therapist. I tailor my approach according to the needs of each individual. As an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I work carefully and ethically. I have travelled widely and enjoy working with people transculturally. I welcome enquiries from the UK and from other countries and work with people of all ages and walks of life. I am also a qualified, UKCP Regstered Clinical Supervisor and offer sessions of supervision on Skype.
