I am an Existential and Sensorimotor psychotherapist registered in the UK (BACP, UKCP) and in Europe ( EAP), working in the NHS (with cancer and post-Intensive Care patients) and in private practice. I also offer integrative supervision. In my private practice, I enjoy working with whatever issues you may bring, while also bearing in mind your more general existential context - what it means for you to be human and to grapple with life’s problems. This can help you develop a greater awareness of the helpful changes you can make and of the possibilities that are open to you, while also coming to terms with those things that you cannot change. I also have a strong interest in the way we carry, in our bodies, past traumas as well as the stresses of everyday life, and I integrate the understanding derived from my Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (level II and advanced), systemic constellation and other trainings into my existential work. Published work: two edited existential therapy books.
