Hello - My name is Cynthia and I am a Psychosynthesis Counsellor and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner. You have probably come to this site looking for someone because lockdown has brought up issues that you have been unable to contain. I offer a free 15-minute chat in order that you can get a feel of whether you think I could be of help to you. I work with a combination of talking therapy and EFT this combination is very effective. Talking can bring up a lot of uncomfortable feelings (which is why people are reluctant to start!) EFT or Tapping can help to dissipate those feelings of anxiety or fear. The result is that problems that feel overwhelming become much more manageable. I also offer single sessions of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) for issues such as; fear of public speaking; the dread of family get together or other social events; general anxiety; money worries and for anything else that may be causing you uncomfortable feelings.
