My approach is very practical: focusing on what you want to change, exploration of the factors keeping you where you are now, and work to move you towards what's important. I can't promise it'll be easy but I promise you I'll be with you every step of the way. Helping you organise and understand your current experience and navigate your way to your goals. I offer a free, no obligation on either side telephone conversation (usually around 30 minutes) prior to commencement of therapy. Please note, I am only insured to offer therapy to individuals in the UK.
