My main psychotherapeutic interest and way of working is called relational. I believe relationships, from cradle to grave, are central and vital experiences that shape the person we become and influence the person we are. Relationships are not only driving forces in our life but also build the basis of our psychical and biological life. Working in a relational way means being open to the other and be willing to explore feelings and thoughts in relation to the other person. Relational psychotherapy will explore how early relationships shaped and built who we are and how we ourselves tend to replay all those difficult experiences we might wish to change.
