Everyone experiences periods of difficulty in their lives, resulting in anxiety, stress, depression and other issues. When you are feeling unsure of what to do, talking about your situation and sharing your hopes and fears can be helpful in finding a way forward. I can offer you a safe space where you are free to explore your true feelings and be supported without judgement. The discussions in counselling are aimed at helping you understand what is going on for you and what would help you best at this time. I believe that having a real understanding of your journey and an appreciation of the barriers that you may have to overcome is key. I am experienced in working therapeutically with clients via Skype and online as well as in person. Over time I have worked with clients bringing wide ranging and complex issues to therapy and I will always work honestly, openly and ethically with each individual.
