I specialise in working with clients that have had previously unsuccessful therapy or who have had longstanding symptoms. Treatment for common symptoms such as: * Depression * Anxiety * Stress * Low self confidence * Panic * Anger management * Generalised anxiety disorder / worry * Obsessive Compulsive Disorder * Post traumatic stress disorder / trauma * Phobias / fears * Health anxiety As I specialise in complex symptoms and longstanding problems, I also work with: * Personality disorders * Addiction * Pain management I offer a mix of straight talking and compassion and will work as hard as you in the sessions, it is a 2-way process. I make therapy as accessible and enjoyable as possible - for example I use lots of analogies to help explain ideas, and much as therapy is hard work, my style is relaxed rather than formal to allow you to feel comfortable.
