Taking the step to access therapy is difficult, particularly for those who have tried and failed before. I will put just as much effort into therapy as you do, this is a 2-way relationship. Your goal is my goal. I offer a mix of compassion and straight talking. My aim is for you to recover, and I will work with you creatively to achieve this. I am jargon free, and often use analogies to help you to make sense of things. Therapy is tough, but I will make sure it is as enjoyable and personal to you as possible. To introduce myself, I’m Hannah and I’m a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have a lot of experience working with clients who have previously had poor therapy outcomes or have suffered for many years and never had any help. Therefore, I specialise in longstanding or complex symptoms.
