I am a professionally trained therapist (MBACP) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health sector. I use a blend of person-centered and psychodynamic therapies in my work with clients, with an emphasis on relational and compassion based approaches. I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgemental space in which you can explore feelings of difficulty and distress, gaining deeper understanding of any issues you may be facing and providing you with greater clarity and perspective. I also offer clients meditation and mindfulness training as part of normal therapy sessions. I help people explore and process patterns and experiences, helping people understand and accept themselves for who they are. In undergoing the counselling process, people are able to express themselves more fully and grow toward increasing greater overall wellbeing and happiness. I am a fully registered member of the BACP and adhere fully to their code of practise and ethics.
