Beginning therapy is a really positive step towards moving your life forward and making changes that have a real difference. Therapy can seem daunting, perhaps you feel unsure or apprehensive, but a large part of my role is helping you feel at ease, so you can make the change you want to make. I use a pretty simple method that has helped many clients grow and move their lives forward. Using a unique counselling approach integrating: - Cognitive Thoughts (DBT/CBT) - Person-centred Therapy - Psychoeducational Information This approach works through the underlying emotions to help clients smash through the glass ceiling of their mental health. Therapy is a collaborative process: The two of us work together to understand the changes you want to make and how you might make them, encouraging you to find your own answers to the questions that you face, according to your own values and beliefs.
