I deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy across the UK through video and telephone. I offer an initial free consultation. If you think you could benefit from therapy, it's customary to have a free consultation with your therapist. This allows you to find out more about the therapy on offer and gives you the chance to ask any questions. It is also an opportunity for me to assess what your difficulties are and to determine whether CBT will be suitable for you. If it isn't the right therapy for you, I will be upfront about this. Struggling can be a scary and isolating experience. I am particularly passionate about providing my clients with good psychoeducation. Knowledge can be empowering: if we can make sense of our problems, we feel better equipped to manage. It can also help us to feel more hopeful and less alone.
