In 2010, I sought some therapy myself. I learned of how difficult reaching out can be, but also how rewarding. I felt inspired to help people so I decided to return to university where I trained as a Low Intensity CBT Practitioner (PWP). I graduated in 2015 with an undergraduate degree in BSc Applied Psychology (Clinical) and a Post-graduate Certificate in Low Intensity CBT. I have practiced in various teams within the NHS across the south of England for several years. I delivered therapy to treat a host of disorders within diverse populations. I held therapist roles, supervisory roles, and also helped training new cohorts with delivering CBT online. Since then, in 2018, I decided to return to university and specialized in the theory and application of High Intensity CBT which I have been delivering ever since. My areas of special interest include: Low self-esteem, Social anxiety and Perfectionism. But I am trained and highly experienced at working with a host of other disorders.
