I am a Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 10 years of experience working with adults and young people. My aim is to help you to improve how you are feeling and get back to enjoying life again. I have specialist training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to treat a range of difficulties, such as depression and low mood, stress and anxiety, low self-esteem and confidence, relationship difficulties, sleeping problems, weight issues, and a range of anxiety disorders.
