If you are reading this, probably something is in the way of you feeling OK. The reality is that life can be difficult at times, and therapy could really help. I work as an Integrative Psychotherapist/Counsellor, on-line and face-face, a professional member of the BACP and registered with the UKCP. Together with my ongoing private practice, I have had extensive experience working with people from all walks of life, in the NHS, crisis centres, UK Universities, mental health support services. I always intent to create a collaborative, warm and humane therapeutic relationship with my clients. Depending on your needs, my therapeutic approach integrates existential, Jungian, attachment-based, CBT and mindfulness, and involves helping you understand your personal world view, the way you relate to yourself and others, and how you could unlock your potential towards a healthier, happier and more meaningful life. I offer both long and short-term therapy.
